FAQ
Questions parents ask
Do I need to create an account?
No. You book with your email address. Use the same email each time and all your children, bookings and payments stay together — log in with a one-time code to see them. No password to remember.
What ages do you coach?
Children from 4 years old. Ages 4–6 have their own Saturday classes; ages 7+ choose from the other class times. We check the class age band against your child's date of birth when you book.
What's the difference between single and double class?
Single class is one session a week. At Cantonments, players aged 7+ can take the double class: one Saturday class plus Thursday 4–5:30pm, booked together.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay half when you book and the rest by the date shown at checkout. We'll remind you before it's due, and you can pay the balance online from your dashboard in a minute.
What happens if a class is full?
Full classes are marked FULL and can't be booked. In the rare case a class fills while you're paying, you'll be refunded in full automatically and added to our waitlist.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Coaches record attendance every session and share notes on progress. You'll find both in your parent dashboard.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable sports clothes, trainers, a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen. Questions about equipment? Just get in touch.
